Chocolate cakes filled with cream
I made these for my good friend Dana – we bartered a pedicure for cupcakes (I didn’t have to scrub anyone’s feet, so I think I got the better end of the deal). Not my personal favorite as I like neither chocolate cake nor whipped cream, but it was her choice! These babies are just my basic chocolate cake recipe, tops sliced off, a layer of whipped cream piped inside, and sprinkled with powdered sugar through a stencil for decoration.

They look amazing to me. I can’t decide if I’d massage feet for them, though..
